Local use

Local project work can occur without cloud sign-in. Editing locally does not automatically upload project or model content.

Account data

Account and authentication information are used when you choose optional cloud features such as publishing and owner workspace management.

Cloud presentations

Share via Link involves cloud upload of supported presentation resources. Storage is private and public delivery is controlled through a bearer link, not public object-store URLs.

Retention & sharing

A finalized presentation that is never shared may be retained for up to 6 days from finalization. If no eligible share or version remains, a 48-hour recovery grace may follow before bounded lifecycle cleanup can remove no-longer-needed resources.

Resources required by an active eligible share remain retained. Expiry or owner revocation stops public access immediately, but cannot retract copies a recipient already downloaded.

Diagnostics

Operational diagnostics use safe fixed categories and correlation IDs. This page does not claim product telemetry or analytics is enabled.

Cookies & sessions

Authentication sessions are used for signed-in account features. Further cookie and legal disclosures require professional review before release.
